Return & Refund Policy — CET Academy

CET Academy is operated by Rajender Kumar, based in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India.

We sell digital educational products, including PDF notes, revision materials, practice sets, study guides, and other downloadable educational resources.

Because our products are digital, the following refund policy applies.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through CET Academy are digital products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

After successful payment, customers may receive access to the purchased digital product through the delivery method displayed during checkout or provided by email.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or saved immediately after delivery, orders are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed.

2. When We May Provide a Refund

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment was successfully deducted but the order was not created because of a technical issue.
  • The purchased digital product cannot be delivered because of a technical problem on our side.
  • The delivered file is materially corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • A duplicate order was accidentally purchased and the duplicate product has not been accessed or downloaded, subject to our verification.

Where appropriate, we may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or restoring access.

3. Incorrect Purchase

Please carefully review the product title, description, contents, format, and price before completing your purchase.

A change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or purchasing a product that is not suitable for your individual preparation needs does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same transaction, contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Payment date
  • Payment reference/transaction ID
  • Email address used at checkout

We will verify the transaction and, where a duplicate payment is confirmed, process the applicable refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider.
