Delivery (Shipping) Policy — Digital Products

All CET Academy products are digital PDF files. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges. Delivery is electronic, to customers anywhere in India (and elsewhere where checkout is available).
How You Receive Your Files
- Complete your payment at checkout.
- The download link appears on the order confirmation page.
- The link is also sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you do not see it.
Delivery Time
Delivery is normally immediate after successful payment. If you have not received your link within 24 hours, or your payment was deducted but you did not receive the files, please contact us with your order number and we will resolve it.
Using Your Files
Files are PDFs and can be opened on any phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader. Please save the files to your device after downloading. Make sure you enter a correct email address at checkout.
