Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by CET Academy are digital study materials (PDF files), delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped, so there are no physical returns.
1. Order Cancellation
Because digital files are delivered immediately after successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been provided. If you made a mistake before receiving the download link, contact us immediately and we will try to help.
2. No Refund After Delivery
Digital files cannot be returned once delivered. We therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges after the download link has been provided, except in the situations listed below.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment deducted but order not placed or link not received: and we are unable to deliver the files to you.
- Corrupted or unopenable file: the file does not open and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- Wrong product delivered: you received a different product from the one you ordered.
4. How to Request
Email rajrajotia1@gmail.com or call +91 88901 19066 within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
5. Timelines
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Where a replacement file is suitable, we will send it within 2 business days of approval.
6. Not Eligible
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, buying the wrong level or product by mistake after delivery, or dissatisfaction with exam results. Study material is a preparation aid and does not guarantee selection or marks.
